This session will share tips on the dos and don’ts related to state and local regulatory requirements on packaging; and on print, billboard, radio, television, and social media advertising. Experts will address the critical do’s and don’ts in packaging components of products to accomplish great marketing within guidelines and required disclosures. This helps to inform what present day compliance looks like, and illustrate the flexibility required in the months and years ahead.
We’ll also explore the opportunities and limitations that many of these media internally impose on their advertisers through Terms of Service and Codes of Conduct that change rapidly. The discussion will draw from the panelists’ expertise and experience across both a range of established industrieswith heavy regulatory oversight and the cannabis industry.
